My second team reveal at e-scapeandscap.net

Well its my second team reveal at e-scapeandscrap.net . The challenge this week was to create with the theme rainbow. Either use rainbows or rinbow colours.

Here is my 1st layout

I love this pic of my grandson. The rainbow theme made me think of Rainbow Brite and I thought I could turn him into a rainbow brite by giving him multi coloured wings .  I also wanted to create a rainbow .
The kits I used for both my layouts were Coat of Many Colours by BH Designs , Hats Off to Autumn: Doilies and Circle Stitches by Julie Mead Designs and Julies Painted wings by Julie Mead designs

I used Coat of many colours kit and the wings kit or this layout.  I made all the flowers and butterfies from the wings kit and used the paper and stitches from the Coat of many colours kit.

I got thinking about what else I could do just using the wings kit and nothing else . I allowed myself to colour, straight cut  and stretch the wings. I allowed myself one font and a couple of lines of the pen tool.

Here is the layout
The sky is the blue wing stretched until it was big enough to look like sky. I think I may have made it slightly more transparent, The hills and the leaves were made withe the same wings. The clouds were made wih multi layered transparent wings
The butterflys by cutting the wings in half,The tree trunk and branches were made by stretching and squeezing the same wing that made the sun ,The bird was made with two sets of the same wing using all of it for the wings and cutting it apart or the tail. The head was cut from the sun wings.

I have a small free bee paper for you today I adore Kalidascopes so I hope you like this paper too
